The Goa Campus Library is designed to support the students, faculty & research scholars. It is a specialized library in the area of Construction Management, Project Management, Real Estate Management & Infrastructure Development. In addition, the library provides knowledge resources in a variety of management & engineering subjects such as Management, Engineering & Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure Development and Project Management. The Library has developed an excellent collection of books and journals. The Library holds a collection of more than 3000 titles comprising of over books, periodicals, standards, cases, bound volumes of periodicals & thesis. The library subscribes to major technical & professional journals relevant to the mainline work of the Institute.
Each computer lab is air conditioned. Computers in the computer labs are of the latest technology with leading construction business related application packages like Microsoft Project Management, Primavera (P6), BIM, Candy for Project Management and SPSS as well as a Palisade Decision Tool Suite Industrial Software like @Risk. An advanced Digital Language Lab is available for students to get proficiency in English.
NICMAR Goa campus is having an auditorium with 300 seating capacity.
The mess facilities are run by the contractor hired by NICMAR-Mushtifund Saunstha.
Goa campus currently has three hostels, which together provide a shared occupancy capacity of 169 for boys and 20 for girl students.
