Programme Duration: One Year Full Time
Construction industry has become more competitive, complex and challenging. Hence, there is a need for a more specialised workforce that can handle these works with ease and expertise. At the same time, effective budgetary control measures along with timely completion of the project is the need of the hour.
Quantity surveying and contract management are the most important tasks in the field of construction apart from planning and execution. While quantity surveying deals in managing and controlling different aspects of construction, contract management helps in mitigating the risks and ensures regulatory and policy compliance.
In this context, NICMAR University has responded proactively to address its need and has taken a lead in offering a Post Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying and Contracts Management (QSCM).
