PGP EM: Post Graduate Programme in Environment Management
One-year, full time, residential programme for degree holders, offered from Pune.
The objective of this Post Graduate Programme is to produce a professionally qualified and trained professional to take care of environment issues in operating projects and shall have the competency:
- To train personnel in the practice of environmental concerns in projects and organization.
- To develop technical skills to handle environmental impact assessment, operations and maintenance of environmental services.
- To enhance competency to control industrial pollution and for disaster mitigation and recovery management.
- To be responsible for compliance of all statutory obligations of the employer with regard to environmental pollution and control.
To establish the learning experience within the context of construction application, thus enabling the integration of theoretical knowledge and understanding with best Industrial practices including health, safety and environmental sustainability.
