All classrooms are air conditioned and well equipped with LCD projector, computer system with internet.

Each campus is equipped with a library. The Pune Campus Library is the central library designed to support the students, faculty & research scholars. It is a specialized library in the area of Construction Management, Project Management, Real Estate Management & Infrastructure Development. In addition, the library provides knowledge resources in a variety of management & engineering subjects such as:

The library has the area of around 3000 sq. ft. & is located on the first floor [F-05] of the Academic Block above the faculty cabins. The library also provides 24 X 7 access to digital resources in the area of Engineering & Management via wired LAN, wireless [Wi-Fi] network & remotely by subscribing to various databases consisting of scholarly content including books, journals, working papers, thesis & dissertations, magazines, conference proceedings, newspapers etc. The library also subscribes to the economic & business databases of Centre for Monitoring Indian Economy, Mumbai, a leading business information company. It also subscribes to “Turnitin” – The Anti-Plagiarism Software. The library is also the Registration & Depository Center for NICMAR Cases & Technical Notes.

Library Resources :

The Library has developed an excellent collection of books, journals and non-book materials including videos in the core areas of interest of the Institute. It maintains separate collections of Reference Books, Standards including BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards, New Delhi) & IRC (Indian Roads Congress, New Delhi), NICMAR Cases & Technical Notes, Case Study Books, Institutional Publications including FIDIC (International Federation of Consulting Engineers, Geneva), Institution of Civil Engineers, UK & ILO (International Labour Organization, Geneva) Publications, NICMAR Publications, Bound volumes of periodicals, Theses, Compact Disc’s, Interactive Multimedia, Video Cassettes & Videos on modern marvels, architectural wonders, mega structures & extreme engineering of National Geographic, Discovery & History Channel.

The Library holds a collection of more than 26000 titles comprising of over 24600 books, periodicals, standards, cases, bound volumes of periodicals, thesis & audio-visual materials including videos, video cassettes & compact discs. The libraries subscribe to major technical & professional journals relevant to the mainline work of the Institute. The total collection of library as on 21st October 2021 stands as follows:

The NICMAR library provides services to the faculty & students of the Institute. The main services include Circulation, Reference Services, Indexing & Bibliography, Database search services, Current Awareness Services, Photocopying etc.

Each computer lab is air conditioned. Computers in the computer labs are of the latest technology with leading construction business related application packages like Microsoft Project Management, Primavera (P6), BIM, Candy for Project Management and BRIX for contract management and SPSS, QE Pro for Data Analysis & Estimation and leading ERP packages like Microsoft Dynamics . Palisade Decision Tool Suite Industrial Software like @Risk, @Evolver, @Stat Tools, @Top Rank, @Neural Tools. An advanced Digital Language Lab is available for students to get proficiency in English.

Pune campus is having three conference halls, one Faculty conference hall and two Executive conference halls. Faculty conference hall is generally used to take academic council meeting for academic purpose. Other executive halls are used for executive training. All these conference halls are having capacity of around 30-35 seats with AC. The campuses of NICMAR at Pune, Hyderabad, Goa, Delhi and Mumbai (Head Office) are connected by way of Video Conferencing (VC) System.

NICMAR Pune campus is having an auditorium with 300 seating capacity.

Pune campus currently has four hostels, which together provide 1139 single occupancy rooms for boys and 194 shared occupancy for girl students.

Pune campus has an executive hostel with 30 single occupancy rooms, bath attached for the Executive trainers. Each room is well equipped with internet facility, TV and AC.

The mess facilities are run by the contractor hired by NICMAR under the supervision of the Manager, Premises and Services (P & S). The manager, according to the suggestion of Students’ Co-coordinator, prepares menu on weekly basis

Well-equipped facilities for indoor games such as Carom boards, TT tables, Chess boards, Gym, Music room, Common T.V. room are provided to the students. Outdoor sports facilities such as Football ground, Volleyball court, Badminton court are also provided.

Internet browsing service for 24 / 7 hours is provided to students at all campuses. Each student is provided with the Institute’s e-mail ID for academic communications. The campus at Pune is completely Wi-Fi with high speed internet connection.
