Under an MOU signed between the two parties, Kanix Infotech Pvt. Ltd. has provided, cloud based academic subscription licenses of “Highrise Construction” ERP software w.e.f. October 1, 2020. Highrise consists of integrated functions of Accounts & Finance management; Budgeting, Project Estimation, Planning, Project Management, Purchase, Store & Inventory Control; Labour Contract Management, Human Resource Management; Quality Control, Tender Management & Client Billing; Equipment Management & Maintenance, Plant Management & Maintenance; Vehicle Tracking, Diesel management and Fixed Asset Management. Highrise is useful for Residential, Industrial, Infrastructure, Road, Bridges, Power Plants, Mechanical, HVAC, WTP, STP, MEP, EPC, Turnkey, SEZ, and Railway Projects.

Academic SELECT Software Subscription from Bentley Systems India Pvt. Ltd.

NICMAR has signed a MOU with Bentley Systems India Pvt. Ltd. The purpose of this MOU is to train NICMAR faculty and students in “Digital Construction” with project-based learning methodology and through NICMAR – Bentley Digital Twins Partnership Program.

The package offers on the job (OTJ), cloud based, paperless collaborative planning and construction management tool for contractors, client and consultants.

LYNX from A-dato B.V., Netherlands

NICMAR has received the sponsorship of LYNX Academic Licenses from A-dato B.V. from Netherlands. LYNX is a Multi-Project solution for optimizing the multi-project operations and portfolio management through the implementation of Critical Chain Multi-Project Management (CCPM) together with Resource Management.

Prochain Scheduler from M/S Prochain Solutions Inc. USA

NICMAR has signed a MOU with M/S Prochain Solutions Inc. USA and M/S Proventures Education and Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. Hyderabad in order to use the software package “Prochain Scheduler” for academic purpose. The package supports critical chain method to create schedules and timeline analysis tools and resource analysis.

CalQuan from CalQuan Software Company, India

CalQuan Software Company has sponsored the Academic licenses of CalQuan Software to NICMAR. CalQuan software is used for quantity calculation and cross section drawing generation (based on the linear scheduling) for road, highway, dam, canal, airport, river training, and railway projects. It comes with a drawing editor (CAD package), bar chart generator for work in progress, Mass Haul, RFI manager, dynamic and static rate analysis.

Microsoft Dynamics Academic Alliance, Singapore

NICMAR is a Member of Microsoft Academic Alliance Licensing Program offered by Microsoft to authorize the use of Microsoft Dynamics AX, GP, NAV, SL, CRM, Retail Store Management C5 and Sure Step (ERP solution). ERP is one of the core courses offered through all full time courses and the hands on training on AX is provided to students by experienced faculty.

Autodesk Management Master Suite, US

The Institute has been provided with training licenses of “Autodesk Management Master Suite” within the domain of Building Information Modeling (BIM) by Autodesk Company.

NICMAR has partnered with Palisade EMEA & India, a partner of UK based company, Palisade Corporation, to provide software solution called "Decision Tools Suite Industrial". The software solution is an integrated set of programs for risk analysis and decision making under uncertainty that runs in Microsoft Excel. It includes @RISK for Monte Carlo simulation, PrecisionTree for decision trees, and TopRank for “what if” sensitivity analysis, StatTools for statistical analysis and forecasting, NeuralTools for predictive neural networks, and Evolver and RISKOptimizer for optimization.

NICMAR has partnered with Construction Computer Software (CCS), a South African company for providing quality industry specific software solution called CANDY and its training in the job market. CANDY is a leading project estimating and project control software solution, specifically designed for the construction industry. It is widely used in Middle East, UK, Australia and India.
