The mission of the Post Graduate Programme in Management of Family Owned Construction Business (MFOCB) is to enhance managerial as well as leadership capability of members of families that own construction business. We do this by providing general management tools and techniques coupled with construction related courses to the them so that they become capable of sensing business opportunities, analysing risks, developing business proposals, developing project teams and project negotiations and sales.
Our long standing experience, association with construction firms and expertise in training personnel for Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure and Projects sector serve as a foundation for this programme. Added to the solid foundation are the contemporary programme contents that include general management and construction courses and strong faculty. All this makes the programme unique, most relevant and gratifying to the families that own construction business.
NICMAR MFOCB is a rigorous programme that satisfies the long felt need for such a programme by the families owning construction business. Admissions are open to graduates from any stream with more than 50% aggregate marks and who belong to families owning construction business. After successful completion of this programme, students are expected to join their family businesses.
