 | NICMAR-Journal of Construction Management is a quarterly peer reviewed journal published by National Institute of Construction Management and Research. The journal aims to publish theoretical and empirical research that highlights emerging issues in the construction, real estate, infrastructure and project management (CRIP) sector. It publishes research articles based on the strength of quality, originality that significantly contribute to expansion of knowledge. Its scope includes management of human resource, finances and technology in the CRIP sector; energy conservation; informatics; international trade & business; urban development, social and civic infrastructure; and health, safety, welfare, productivity, quality and related areas in the CRIP sector. The journal enjoys international stature, and it is also listed in UGC-CARE List, Category I. It reaches out to decision-makers in the CRIP sector, policymakers, consultants, and research, education & training institutes. |
