The four eminent speakers were Ms. Geetha Pillai, Chief General Manager (Transport & Airport), CIDCO Maharashtra Ltd, Mr Utpal Deka, Chief Specialist (Shared Mobility), Roads & Transport Authority, Dubai, Mr. Samir Sharma, Multi-modal Transportation Expert, National Capital Region Transportation Corporation (NCRTC), and Dr. Abhijit Lokre, Founder & Partner, The Urban Lab.
Shri Sunil Agarwal, Founder, Black Olive Ventures, delivered the in-person workshop for faculties of NICMAR. The workshop was a fruitful way to gain insights into the applications of valuation of properties in real world projects
