UNIVERSITY

As the world endevours to adopt digital practices in almost every sphere of life today, a concerted effort is being made to integrate the activities across the value chain in various industries all across the globe. The construction, real estate, infrastructure and project (CRIP) sector has now also been overwhelmingly embracing the digitalization effort. The challenge of CRIP sector (similar to other industries) has been lack of a specialised technological foundation for generating, storing, and sharing of information. Digitalization has opened the door by solving this problem. The pace of digitalization though fast is still not universally accepted by one and all. There are newer applications/processes being created to make this effort more widely acceptable. The ICCRIP 2022 aims at showcasing the research in domain of digitalization in the CRIP sector.

International Conference on Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure and Project Management (ICCRIP) aims to serve as a forum for eminent professionals, practitioners, academicians, research scholars and students to share their innovative research and practices that can lead to a holistic integration and application of sustainable practices in the Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure and Project Management (CRIP) sector. After the resounding success of the earlier five editions of ICCRIP, NICMAR University brings to you its 6th edition - ICCRIP 2022. This year the conference focuses on the theme: Digitalisation in Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure and Project Sector.

In ICCRIP-2022, we look forward to exploring digital solutions which will help to deliver construction, infrastructure and real estate projects leading to smarter, sustainable and resilient development for the betterment of society, and humanity at large. This theme assumes further significance considering the drive to conform to the 3Ps (People, Planet and profit) framework of sustainability. The conference will provide the participants with access to various conference activities such as inspiring plenary sessions, paper presentations and networking. The conference will serve as a platform for collaborative learning, and engaging with experts from academia and industry from across the world.
